His heart for helping people has led him into community with the Enter the Worship Circle family. This second in the Chair and Microphone series is a raw recording of one artist and one instrument with no overdubs and no polished studio production. The goal is to let the artist be both accessible and vulnerable. This recording is an unapologetic conversation with God, and it has the power to lead the listener on a journey to protest, adore, discover, and relocate inside of that conversation. The protest in this album is on behalf of the hurting in the world. Aaron's international ministry experience has broken his heart for the poor and oppressed. His album, his concerts, and his lifestyle promote help for others. Aaron has a genuine compassion for the hurting, not just an affiliation with a cause.

CD Details

Release Date: November 30, 2005

Record Label: Worship Circle Records

UPC: 671083002023

Number of Discs: 1

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1398/5745/files/Enter_The_Worship_Circle_Chair_Microphone_Vol._2_CD_feat._Aaron_Strumpel.jpg?v=1748437063
aaron-strumpel-elephants-cd
Elephants CD
Elephants won Calvin College's 2009 Festival of Faith and Art's Bandspotting Competition: "This is the clear winner. This acoustic affair is nimble and light on its feet, but, if anything, even more tempestuous than its predecessor, a gloriously disheveled affair where hoarse vocals, furiously strummed guitars, and primal trumpet blasts meet in a kind of holy hoedown, the messy nature of the performances perfectly conjuring the spirit of the songs. Here, Strumpel takes inspiration from throughout Scripture-and from Song of Solomon, in particular-to bear witness to the chaos and confusion of earthly life, and remind us of the hope and healing we find in our Lover. - Josh Hurst, Christianity Today

CD Details

Release Date: October 25, 2011

Record Label: Thirsty Dirt Records

UPC: 700261341934

Number of Discs: 1

Aaron Strumpel's 2015 album, "BRIGHT STAR" comes from an atmosphere of creativity and faithfulness to write songs and create records of lament and joy, proclamation and complaint. It is an album of songs to be listened to; it is an album of songs to be sung, both personally and congregationally, whether led with an acoustic guitar or pop- synth orchestra. It captures a sound that is at once wondrous in scope and approachable in intention. Exciting new songs include Mightier, which, like the Psalmist in the 93rd chapter, proclaims the majesty of God in creation, Coming After You, which gives the listener the language of yearning, and Beautiful Pearl, which leaves a person ruminating on what it meant and still means for Christ to give his life.
