Michael Kiwanuka is a London-born singer-songwriter whose warm, soul-infused sound draws on classic influences like Curtis Mayfield and Bill Withers while feeling entirely his own. His album Kiwanuka earned him the Hyundai Mercury Prize in 2020, cementing his place as one of the most compelling voices in contemporary British soul. Fans of rich, introspective songwriting will find plenty to love across his catalog, including the sweeping Love and Hate, his breakout Home Again, and 2024's Small Changes. His fifth album, Fudge, is available for pre-order and set for release October 23, 2026.
